Job Description

American Sign & Lighting is looking for a reliable Field Lighting Inspector to help identify lighting and signage outages at commercial properties throughout Delaware and Maryland. This role combines driving, field observations, and mobile reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during evening hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit assigned commercial locations Inspect outdoor lighting systems and signs Identify outages, damage, and maintenance issues Photograph findings Enter information into a mobile reporting system Communicate urgent issues when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a drug test Strong attention to detail Basic computer and typing skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel Comfortable using mobile applications

COMPENSATION
$16.00/hour during training and 90day probation period Up to $20.00/hour based on performance after probation period. Company vehicle provided Fuel provided
SCHEDULE
Part-time Night shifts 20-30 hours per week
