In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting roofing projects to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to construction standards. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of roofing installations and repairs to verify quality control and compliance with project specifications Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, materials, and workmanship for quality assurance purposes Monitor construction sites for safety hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes Document inspection findings clearly and accurately, including detailed reports on quality inspection outcomes Collaborate with construction management teams to address issues promptly and implement corrective actions Assist in reviewing contracts and ensuring work aligns with contractual obligations and project timelines Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with construction, construction site operations, or related fields is preferred but not required; we will provide comprehensive training! Strong sales skills or communication skills.
