In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting roofing projects to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to construction standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop expertise in construction inspection with a focus on roofing systems. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across construction sites, utilizing your analysis skills and attention to detail to support successful project completion. With our training program, you'll gain the knowledge needed to thrive and grow within the construction industry. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of roofing installations and repairs to verify quality control and compliance with project specifications Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, materials, and workmanship for quality assurance purposes Monitor construction sites for safety hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes Document inspection findings clearly and accurately, including detailed reports on quality inspection outcomes Collaborate with construction management teams to address issues promptly and implement corrective actions Assist in reviewing contracts and ensuring work aligns with contractual obligations and project timelines Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with construction, construction site operations, or related fields is preferred but not required; we will provide comprehensive training! Strong sales skills or communication skills. Knowledge of quality control procedures and quality inspection protocols to show the homeowners Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for effective data collection and reporting to homeowners Ability to self-generate leads by going to the neighborhoods and looking for damaged roofs or getting referrals from customers Good communication skills for collaborating with team members, contractors, and clients Basic understanding of insurance claims able to read an insurance declaration page and know the difference between all other perils and hurricane deductibles if you don't we will train you Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills will grow alongside our commitment to excellence.
