ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspections & Field Operations Complete Move Out Inspections (MOI), Quality Control (QC) inspections within SLA guidelines Conduct vacant unit inspections and ensure properties are secured and maintained Perform Turn/Rehab QC inspections to validate scope completion and quality Property Access & Security Perform lockbox installations, smart lock rekeys, and manual rekeys/drill-outs as needed Ensure all properties are properly secured and accessible for vendors and internal teams Field Work & Municipal Coordination Complete assigned Field Work requests, including: Attending and documenting outcomes for housing authority and municipal inspections Submitting required documentation and payments to municipalities, when needed. Court and Legal Support Attend eviction hearings and court-related proceedings as a representative of PURE HomeRiver, as needed Technical & Systems Troubleshooting Identify, assess, and troubleshoot basic property systems, including but not limited to: Electrical Plumbing HVAC Provide clear documentation and recommendations for repair scope Technical & Systems Troubleshooting Identify, assess, and troubleshoot basic property systems, including but not limited to: Electrical Plumbing HVAC Provide clear documentation and recommendations for repair scope
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Property Management, Field Operations, or Residential Maintenance Working knowledge of residential systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including rekeys and lock changes Experience interacting with municipalities, housing authorities, or court systems preferred Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
