Property Field Inspector Vacation Rentals (Full-Time or Saturdays Only)

Applicants must live in or near Marathon, FL. Applicants outside of this area are automatically disqualified. What this job actually looks like This is not a desk job. You'll spend your day moving between properties, making sure homes are ready for guests, catching issues before they become problems, and handling things on the spot when they come up. Some days are smooth. Some days aren't. The right person stays focused, figures things out quickly, and keeps things moving without needing constant direction. Open Positions We are hiring for: Full-Time (4-5 days per week, includes Saturdays) Part-Time (Saturday required) What you'll be doing day-to-day Check homes before guest arrivals to confirm they're fully ready Catch anything off (cleanliness, damage, missing items, safety issues) Revisit properties after cleanings when needed Handle small fixes like filters, batteries, light bulbs, etc. Deliver items or supplies to guests when requested Help guests in the field with basic questions or issues Troubleshoot things like WiFi or TV when possible Run trash routes and keep properties in compliance Communicate updates, notes, and photos back to the team What makes someone a good fit You notice details most people overlook You don't wait to be told what to do You're comfortable working on your own most of the day You can stay calm and figure things out when something goes wrong You're reliable, if something is assigned, it gets done Basic requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to lift 25+ pounds Must be available Saturdays Comfortable using apps/phones for work updates Willing to handle occasional after-hours situations Helpful experience (not required) Housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
