Full Job Description Job Duties Include:
Perform layout and staking for structural elevations, concrete, and framing elements (including elevations and vertical alignment for multistory construction). Review structural and architectural drawings to ensure proper field implementation, Assist with daily coordination and communication between onsite teams, subcontractors and office personnel. Monitor construction progress and report any potential schedule or quality issues to Project Management/ Superintendent. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, codes, and safety requirements. Track quantities, document daily reports, and maintain project logs. Support the creation and maintenance of RFIs, submittals, and change orders when required Work proactively to identify field conflicts and support resolution through collaboration with design teams. Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and timeline expectations.
EXPERIENCE
Sky rise: 1 year (REQUIRED)
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
