The Opportunity:

Licensed / Certified Inspectors (immediate need) What You'll Do Perform field inspections on residential and commercial projects Review work against approved plans and Florida Building Code Document deficiencies with photos and inspection reports Communicate with contractors, superintendents, and design teams Use mobile tools for real-time reporting Collaborate with inspectors, plan reviewers, and operations teams

Requirements:

Who We're Looking For Licensed / Certified Inspectors Active ICC certification(s) or Florida Standard Inspector license (Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Residential) 4+ years inspection, construction, or code enforcement experience Ability to work independently in the field
