Annually Location:

Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties, FL Summit Property Inspections is growing, and we're looking for another stellar home inspector to join our multi-inspector team! We're a company that values our people and provides the support you need to succeed in your role.

What We're Looking For:

You're a licensed home inspector with at least 2 years of experience who's ready for a change. You care about doing high-quality work, you're detail-oriented, and you communicate clearly and professionally with clients and agents. If that sounds like you—we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Active Florida home inspector license Minimum of 2 years of experience as a home inspector Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record Physically capable of performing thorough inspections (including climbing ladders, entering attics/crawlspaces, etc.) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred:

Experience using Spectora software (a plus, but not required)

What You Can Expect:
