The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to clients. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify damage, defects, leaks, and maintenance concerns Evaluate roof conditions and document findings through detailed reports and photographs Inspect roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing Perform moisture surveys and condition assessments when needed Communicate inspection findings to project managers, property managers, and customers Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company procedures Maintain accurate inspection records and field documentation Travel to commercial job sites as required Requirements Experience with commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, and metal) Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Good communication and customer service skills Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Weekly direct deposit Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision) eligible after 90 days 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to $500 Company-paid life insurance of $25,000 eligible after 90 days Sign-on bonus and referral incentives Company truck, tools, phone, and computer provided Per diem for travel Accrued PTO up to 40 hours per year Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth and advancement Ready to take the next step in your career?
