We are a supportive group of inspectors who work together, share knowledge, and help newer inspectors continue developing their skills. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It may be a good fit for someone who wants flexible, part-time work with the opportunity to grow into a fuller inspection schedule as business volume allows. Real estate, construction, remodeling, or trade experience is helpful, but not required. The right person will be dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with clients, agents, and other inspectors.
What we are looking for:
A motivated self-starter with strong communication skills Someone who is comfortable working independently A person who pays close attention to detail Someone willing to learn the home inspection process and continue improving A professional who understands that inspection volume can vary with the real estate market Important things to know before applying:
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position.
  • This position does not include employee benefits.
  • Inspection volume can vary. There may be busy weeks and slower weeks.
  • Training and ramp-up time should be expected before earning consistent inspection income.
This can work well for someone who already has a flexible part-time schedule or another source of income while building inspection volume. Why join us?
