We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working at heights and experienced in identifying storm-related roof damage for insurance and public adjuster claims. This position involves climbing residential roofs, performing inspections, documenting damage, and assisting homeowners through the inspection process.
Responsibilities:
Climb and inspect residential roofs safely Identify wind, hail, and storm-related damages Take clear photos and inspection notes Meet with homeowners and explain findings professionally Work alongside public adjusters during inspections Assist in generating leads and inspection opportunities Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications:
Comfortable climbing steep roofs and ladders Roofing, construction, or inspection experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills Reliable transportation required Ability to use smartphone apps for photos and documentation Sales or customer service experience is a plus
