$50,000-$70,000 annually (based on experience and inspection volume) About Castle Home Inspection Castle Home Inspection is committed to providing exceptional residential inspection services with integrity and professionalism. We're seeking a customer-focused, licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team and deliver the thorough, reliable inspections our clients trust. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive on-site residential property inspections throughout our service area Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand inspection reports for clients Perform radon testing and ancillary services including sewer scopes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and explaining findings professionally Navigate various property conditions including roofs, crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces Travel to inspection sites with your own reliable transportation Maintain accurate documentation and meet inspection deadlines

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Illinois Home Inspector License (must possess before employment begins) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Physical ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and access crawlspaces Ability to work independently in various weather and environmental conditions

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous home inspection experience

You'll Obtain During Training:
