Job Description

Job Overview We're hiring a hands-on, reliable technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical, maintenance, or trade experience who wants to learn a specialized, in-demand skill. No thermography experience? No problem—we provide training and pay you to get certified.
What You'll Do:
Perform infrared inspections on electrical equipment Conduct compressed air and ultrasonic leak inspections Identify potential issues before failures occur Complete reports and document findings Work in the field Monday-Thursday, with Fridays for reports Travel occasionally for jobs (some overnight stays)
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Background in electrical, maintenance, or skilled trades (preferred) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working in industrial environments Willingness to travel as needed
