Building Inspector I The first level in the inspection services series is responsible for enforcing compliance with all state building codes. Responsibilities may include reviewing building plans, performing inspections, identifying violations, and issuing permits and certifications.

Pay range:

$29.92

• $38.

73 Building Inspector II The second level in the inspection services series is responsible for enforcing compliance with all state building codes. Responsibilities may include reviewing building plans, performing inspections, identifying violations, and issuing permits and certifications. May train and provide assistance to Building Inspector I staff.

Pay range:

$32.20

• $41.

70 Senior Building Inspector The third level in the inspection services series is responsible for enforcing compliance with all state building codes. Responsibilities may include reviewing building plans, performing inspections, identifying violations, and issuing permits and certifications. May train and oversee Building Inspector I and/or II staff.

Pay range:

$34.46

• $44.59 This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday
• Friday, 8:00am
