The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting a variety of resort and condominium properties, including condos, cabins, and lodges ranging from 1 to 6 bedrooms. This role requires a thorough understanding of property conditions, maintenance needs, and quality standards to ensure all units meet company and guest expectations. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of resort and condo properties, including cabins and lodges, with unit sizes from 1 to 6 bedrooms. Assess the condition of interiors and exteriors, including structural elements, appliances, fixtures, and safety features. Identify maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness concerns and report findings accurately. Document inspection results with clear notes and photographs. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. Communicate effectively with property managers, owners, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience as an inspector in resorts, condos, cabins, or similar property types preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues across a range of property sizes (1 to 6 bedrooms). Good knowledge of property maintenance, safety standards, and quality control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Reliable transportation to travel between various property locations in Branson, MO.
