The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, quality control, and the ability to analyze various aspects of home construction. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of homes, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC systems. Analyze construction sites to identify potential issues or areas of concern. Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Perform quality inspections to verify that construction work meets established standards. Document findings in detailed reports, including photographs and recommendations for repairs or improvements. Communicate effectively with homeowners, real estate agents, and contractors regarding inspection results. Stay updated on current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements Proven experience in construction inspection or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex construction issues. Familiarity with pipeline systems and construction management principles is a plus. Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
