The ideal candidate must be able to deal with a variety of people effectively, present themselves in a professional manner, communicate effectively both written and verbally, and have an aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information. This position also requires someone who is comfortable with growth and change and is willing to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry that continually requires higher levels of competencies.

Regular Work Activities:

Perform Residential and Commercial Inspections Perform Wood Destroying Insect Inspections Take Mold Samples Preform Well Inspections Drop off and Pick up

Radon Equipment Pull Water Samples Complete Daily Reports Septic Inspections Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail Be teachable/coachable Strong verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Well-developed empathy for working with stressed clients Ability to actively listen and remain calm under pressure in confrontational situations Ability to interpret and analyze data Concern about doing things the "right way"

Position Requirements:

Must have a NC Home Inspection License Must have a Registered Technician Certificate (not needed to apply) Must have a Drivers License Must be able to work outside year-round in extreme weather conditions Must be able to climb, crawl and lift more than 20 pounds.
