  • Position Overview:
  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our growing team. Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in the field, we're interested in hearing from you. As a Home Inspector at 20/20 Property Inspections, you will be trained to conduct comprehensive inspections and provide clients with clear, accurate reports.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough home inspections including the structure, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports that are clear and understandable to clients.
  • Communicate findings to clients and real estate agents in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive a company-provided vehicle to and from inspection sites.
  • Qualifications:
  • North and South Carolina home inspection license is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or an associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new inspection technologies and reporting software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, enter crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to complete a training program, including fieldwork with a mentor.
