Company-provided vehicle, access to ongoing training, and professional development opportunities What You'll Do Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the sales team Conduct client visits as needed for complex or escalated projects Administer and enforce municipal, state, and federal building codes, safety, energy, and accessibility standards Oversee issuance of building permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and inspection reports Interpret complex codes and provide guidance to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, and public works departments for coordinated code enforcement Manage appeals, code updates, and ordinance revisions Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on inspections, permitting, and code compliance Qualifications ICC Certified Building Official (CBO) required Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in building inspections We do not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach from staffing or recruiting agencies.
