AM Pay Rate:
$25 an hour.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and support on-site security personnel Conduct property patrols and inspections Enforce safety and security procedures, including fire prevention protocols Ensure incident reporting and documentation is accurate and timely Communicate and uphold company standards with on-site teams Maintain strong client relationships and respond to on-site issues professionally
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Valid NYS Security Guard License Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the security field Completion of NYS 16-Hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) Course Valid NYS Driver's License of at least 3 years with a clean driving record CPR-AED certification (preferred) High School Diploma or Military Service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, including: Client background screening Federal TWIC card clearance FDNY Certification eligibility (F-01, F-02, F-03, F-04, P-15, C99) Founded in 1985, Arrow has perfected our approach to high quality security.
