Company Description Welcome to Pro Vision Inspections LLC, Pro Vision Inspections shows our commitment to protecting your investment by providing the best inspection possible. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Home Inspector. There is opportunity to grow this position to full time quickly, if desired! The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, identifying problems, and producing detailed reports on the condition of properties. This role requires meeting with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting inspections, & following Pro Vision company policy. The Home Inspector will also be involved in new business development by maintaining relationships with real estate agents and other stakeholders. The candidate will ensure all inspections meet regulatory standards and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance. Qualifications Certification from the state of Ohio as a licensed Home Inspector, or willingness to complete licenser at own cost. Customer Service skills Skills in New Business Development or willingness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Knowledge in building codes and regulations On field experience in home construction, or related field.
