No applications for virtual will be viewed or accepted as this is an in person role. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating 7-10 properties a day from our client list. This is to ensure they meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills will help maintain the integrity of our clients and help identify potential issues early while supporting our commitment to excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors with opportunities for growth and income rewards. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural properties to assess condition and identify maintenance needs Attend weekly meetings and team buildings in person Must have a smart phone to conduct daily business Document inspection findings accurately through detailed reports and photographs Verify property compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards Identify issues that require attention Drive between multiple property sites safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws Communicate clearly with property owners or managers regarding inspection results S kills Strong knowledge of property maintenance is helpful Experience with sales or customer service is a plus for engaging with clients professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between sites Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for reporting findings accurately Physical ability to perform outdoor inspections in various weather conditions Join us in ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant!
