Job Summary Join our team as a Residential home Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of residential rental properties. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will conduct thorough inspections of homes to identify structural, mechanical, and aesthetic issues, providing valuable insights to homeowners, contractors, and management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to community safety and quality living environments. We have properties in Sumter County, Kershaw County, Richland County, and Fairfield County. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including foundations, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and interior finishes. Collect detailed data during inspections using standardized checklists and digital tools to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyze inspection findings to identify defects or areas needing repair or improvement; prepare clear reports for clients and stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in inspections or related roles within residential or commercial building environments. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction data accurately. Familiarity with quality inspection standards. Ability to perform detailed data collection during inspections using digital tools or manual methods. Effective communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
