Handyman Overview:
We're expanding to Franklin and need an experienced handyman to do general maintenance and video inspections in residential rental properties. Please read the info below and if you feel this will be a good fit, and are willing to be flexible with hours, as we setup this new territory, then this can turn into a full time job over time. Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintenance Property inspections. Keep accurate records of hours worked. Enter detailed descriptions of work performed in our system. Be kind to our tenants.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role. Problem-solving skills. Professionalism Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Reliable transportation Have your own tools The ability to operate a new smart phone to take pics and videos of your work and for rental ads
