Why You'll Love This Role $70,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience and certifications Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with 5% company match Unlimited PTO (restrictions apply) and 13 paid holidays annually Obtain additional certifications on the company's dime and advance toward Senior Plumbing/Building Inspector or Building Official roles Help ensure plumbing systems are installed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards across projects What You'll Do Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives Qualifications TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software About Aoka Aoka is a third-party municipal services provider serving federal, state, and local governments with code compliance, inspections, and consulting.
