Job Description

Founded in 1994 CleanNet of Dallas/Fort Worth has repeatedly been recognized as one of the top performing Commercial Cleaning companies in the Country. We have a great team of employees that have been with us from 10, 15 , 25 plus years! We are experiencing solid, consistent growth for our services and are seeking 1 or 2 individuals with a great personality to join our great team as a Quality Assurance team member in the Commercial Cleaning industry.
JANITORIAL SERVICE INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
  • Visit your assigned customers to ensure retention of their business
  • Perform quality assurance inspections of the janitorial service for your buildings
  • Meet with customers during those inspections and ensure their happiness
  • Communicate concerns/compliments to our Franchised cleaning owners
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints
  • Assist our Franchised owners in growing their business
JANITORIAL SERVICE INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
  • An outgoing, pleasant personality
  • Good English, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate across a wide range of customers in the DFW area
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to resolve complaints/concerns
  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks and plan your day
  • Knowledge of various floor care procedures is helpful but not required
  • Bilingual is helpful but not required
  • Must have a professional customer service experience, appearance and your own reliable transportation (company provides allowances for your vehicle)
