PLUS MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT!

Inspectors start at a 30% base commission on inspections they personally perform. Inspectors may increase their commission up to 36% by becoming approved to perform additional services: +3% for active WDI / termite inspection licensing and company approval +2% for ability to perform sewer scope inspections +1% for ability to perform foundation elevation measurements using a Zip Level or company-approved equivalent Inspectors may also become eligible for an additional 4% commission increase based on tenure, reliability, performance, professionalism, client experience, and overall contribution to the company.

Total commission potential:

40% of inspection revenue plus mileage reimbursement! New inspectors may receive paid training compensation before being approved to perform inspections independently. Once approved, inspectors move into the standard commission structure. Inspectors maintain their own availability calendar and may choose their workdays while meeting company availability expectations. Inspectors are expected to maintain availability for inspections at least 4 days per week , averaging approximately 8 inspections per week , depending on market demand and scheduling volume. Weekend availability may be needed if weekday availability is limited. No Non-Compete We do not require a traditional non-compete, you can continue to work elsewhere! You maintain the freedom to work independently or with other companies if you do not continue employment with us. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive residential home inspections following applicable standards and company guidelines Complete and deliver detailed, accurate, and timely inspection reports to clients Communicate effectively with clients and real estate agents Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the inspection Maintain and operate your own inspection tools and vehicle Maintain an accurate availability calendar Arrive on time and represent the company professionally Follow company procedures, Texas requirements, and inspection standards Continue learning and improving inspection skills Requirements Valid Texas Home Inspector License, TREC Certified, or actively in the process of completing TREC licensing Reliable vehicle Necessary inspection tools, or willingness to obtain required tools Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Ability to meet weekly availability expectations Comfortable using inspection software and technology Physically able to perform residential inspections, including accessing roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas when safe and accessible Prior home inspection experience preferred, but not required About Buffalo Property Inspections Buffalo Property Inspections is a growing home inspection company serving homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
