In this vital role, you will oversee construction activities on-site, conduct thorough inspections, and verify that all work aligns with blueprints, schematics, and contractual specifications. Your expertise will help drive project success by maintaining rigorous quality control and ensuring adherence to construction management protocols.

Duties personnel duties include:

inspecting construction sites as a technical representative, responsible for reading and interpreting plans and specifications, inspecting materials and workmanship, insuring safety requirement of construction projects in accordance with organization policies and procedures. Specialized education such as degrees from accredited programs as an engineering, architect, or related field are not required. Contractor personnel holding certification through construction safety programs such as OSHA's 30-hour program will be preferred. Contractor personnel showing a history of inspecting construction projects in Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), military dorm, and construction projects greater than $10M will be preferred.

Activities:

Assist in the preparation of studies, plans, & analyses in support of internal & external customers. Participate in research efforts in support of studies & analyses. May have to present & discuss approaches to meeting customer needs. Evaluate, develop, program, prepare, maintain and recommend programs for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities and infrastructures project programs. Fully comply with all DoD Unified Facility Codes (UFCs) and all US Air Force publications including but not limited to AFIs, AFM's and AF Pamphlets. Ensure full compliance with all Civil Engineering series 32 AFI's including but limited to AFI32-10, AFI32-1020, AFI32-1023 and
