Mission Critical / Data Centers / Industrial Construction Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support quality assurance and quality control activities for Hyperscale Data Center construction projects throughout Texas. The Quality Coordinator will assist Quality Managers and project teams with inspections, documentation management, reporting, deficiency tracking, and coordination of quality-related processes across active construction sites. The ideal candidate has experience supporting construction quality programs in mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial environments and possesses strong organizational and communication skills in fast-paced project settings. Key Responsibilities Support implementation and administration of project QA/QC programs and procedures. Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, NCR logs, punch lists, turnover packages, and testing records. Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and subcontractor quality documentation submissions. Assist with tracking RFIs, submittals, deficiencies, and corrective action items. Participate in field inspections to verify work complies with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and client representatives regarding quality-related activities. Assist in preparation and distribution of quality reports, dashboards, and project updates. Maintain document control systems and ensure records are current, accurate, and properly filed. Support project turnover and closeout activities, including compilation of as-built documentation and commissioning records. Help facilitate audits, owner walkthroughs, and compliance reviews. Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams. Support safety and compliance efforts in coordination with field leadership. Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in construction administration, QA/QC coordination, or project support roles. Experience supporting industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms. Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, or similar construction management software preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments with multiple priorities. Willingness to travel to project sites across Texas as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, or other hyperscale data center projects. Familiarity with commissioning processes, inspection procedures, and turnover documentation. Understanding of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure environments. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
