The employee works with numerous records or forms, receives and prepares information for further processing or record keeping and performs critical tasks and explains procedures, related codes and ordinances. The majority of the work involves receiving permit applications and reviewing them for correctness and routing to proper departments. This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences. About the
