Full Job Description Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job description: Rio Bravo Home Inspections is expanding its team and seeking a licensed, skilled, and motivated Home Inspector to grow with us in the San Antonio market. Requirements:
Licensing :
Applicants must hold a professional home inspector license and be InterNACHI certified. (A
FULL LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
).
Experience :
Experience in construction or related trades is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Ethic :
We seek individuals who are passionate about delivering quality inspections and providing excellent customer service.
Compensation:
This position is 1099 contract labor, with compensation based on a percentage of each inspection. Competitive rates based on qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Home Inspector, you will: Conduct non-invasive, visual inspections of residential properties. Identify material defects in the structure, systems, and components as defined by the International Standards of Practice. Prepare detailed written reports outlining the findings and observations, offering clear communication to clients. Uphold our commitment to providing top-notch service and maintaining our reputation for thorough, high-quality inspections.

Task 6: Evaluate HVAC data. Task 7: Evaluate electrical data. Task 8: Evaluate plumbing data. Task 9: Evaluate attic, ventilation, and insulation data.
