Additional duties as assigned based on project needs. Essential Skills Experience performing UDOT construction inspections or private roadway construction inspections. Ability to work confidently in the field, sometimes as the sole inspector on a project. Strong common sense, professionalism, and sound judgment in contractor and client interactions. Comfortable reading plans, tracking quantities, and documenting work in real time. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Willingness to work project-dependent schedules, including potential overtime (50-55 hours/week on many roadway projects). Additional Skills & Qualifications ICC Reinforced Concrete and/or Structural Masonry certification and/or ACI Level II certification. ACI Certifications. UDOT Certifications (Level I - IV).
