Projects. In this vital role, you will ensure that all civil and overhead service provider (OSP) infrastructure work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Your expertise will help drive project success by maintaining rigorous inspection protocols, analyzing construction processes, and supporting seamless coordination across teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects that enhance community connectivity and service reliability. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of civil construction activities on-site, including foundation work, trenching, piping, and overhead infrastructure installation. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify adherence to project plans and specifications. Perform quality control and quality inspection tasks to ensure construction meets safety standards and industry regulations. Collect accurate data during site visits, documenting progress, deviations, and compliance issues for reporting purposes. Analyze construction processes to identify potential risks or delays, providing recommendations for corrective actions. Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract requirements related to construction management and quality assurance. Coordinate with project teams to facilitate smooth workflow, resolve site issues promptly, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Requirements Proven experience in construction inspection or civil engineering roles within large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction management practices, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and pipeline installation procedures. Excellent analysis skills to assess construction quality and identify discrepancies or non-compliance issues effectively. Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and quality control standards related to OSP or civil works. Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data accurately using relevant tools or software. Familiarity with contracts management and ensuring adherence to project specifications throughout the construction lifecycle.
