What We're Looking For:

Current Washington State Home Inspector License (required) Valid driver's license in good standing High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift 60+ lbs Comfortable in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs Not afraid to get dirty or deal with rodents, spiders, and tight spaces Willing to work weekends and some evenings Pass a background check Must be available during the busy season (March-October)
