(Department of Transportation) regulations Vehicle codes Logistics compliance Full Job Description We are a growing Crane, Rigging and Heavy Haul company seeking an experienced Heavy Haul Driver with 3-5 years of heavy haul experience and a clean driving record. Our drivers transport our own crane fleet as well as outsourced heavy haul freight, offering consistent work and diverse hauling opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport cranes, oversized equipment, and specialized heavy haul loads Load, secure, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT regulations Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections Manage route planning, permits, and delivery schedules Ensure proper load securement for oversized and overweight freight Maintain professionalism with customers, dispatch, and job sites
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A license 3-5 years of heavy haul or oversized load experience Clean driving record Experience with crane transport or construction equipment preferred Strong understanding of DOT compliance, permits, and safety regulations Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated
