$93,600 Overview A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Front Range. This role requires a safety-focused professional with strong technical expertise operating hydraulic and lattice boom cranes in a field environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, reliability, and the ability to work in safety-critical conditions while supporting project timelines and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain 20-75 ton hydraulic swing cranes and 110 ton lattice boom cranes Support construction activities including pile driving operations Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with jobsite regulations Coordinate with field teams to execute lifts efficiently and safely Assist with operating additional heavy equipment as needed Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of crane operating experience Pile driving experience required NCCCO certification (or equivalent) required Experience operating additional heavy equipment is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Class A CDL preferred Ability to work in a safety-critical, fast-paced construction environment Must pass a pre-employment drug test Stable work history (candidates with frequent job changes must provide clear explanations)
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
