Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Crane Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate the movement of materials and construction components on-site. Your expertise will ensure that projects progress smoothly, adhering to safety standards and project timelines. to lift, move, and position materials with precision. Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections of cranes and related equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Coordinate with riggers and other team members to secure loads using rigging techniques, ensuring safe lifting practices. Maintain detailed logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities for safety compliance. Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience operating cranes in a construction setting. NCCCO certified Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred. Skilled in rigging techniques and materials handling procedures on construction sites. Prior construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational protocols.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
