OPERATOR
Steel Fabrication Industry Starting pay based on experience + Per Diem Join a growing team that plays a critical role in building the structures that shape our communities. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Crane Operator to support steel and erection projects.
What You'll Do:
Operate cranes to safely lift, move, and position structural steel and related materials. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Work closely with riggers, ironworkers, and project crews to ensure safe and efficient operations. Assist with crane and lift plans when necessary. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed. Be willing to travel and stay in a motel when jobs require it. Operate forklift to assist with unloading and shaking out materials as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous crane operating experience required. NCCCO certification required. OSHA rigging and signaling training required. CDL or ability to obtain a CDL is preferred. Knowledge of rigging practices and load charts. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Work Schedule:
7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. Weekend work is occasionally necessary.
