In this energetic role, you will operate heavy-duty mobile cranes to facilitate construction, material handling, and logistical tasks on diverse job sites. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient lifting operations that keep projects moving forward with precision and confidence. We are seeking a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Operate 150-ton mobile cranes with skill and precision, adhering strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines Perform rigging and load securing using appropriate techniques to ensure stability during lifts Conduct routine inspections of crane equipment, including mechanical components and safety devices, before each shift Coordinate with ground personnel for effective materials handling, including loading, unloading, and positioning heavy equipment or materials Assist with construction site activities by operating auxiliary heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, forklifts, boom trucks, and warehouse machinery when required Maintain clear communication with team members to execute lifts smoothly and efficiently while monitoring load capacities and site conditions Complete detailed logs of operations, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and safety documentation Experience Proven experience operating mobile cranes with a capacity of 150 tons or more in construction or industrial settings NCCCO certification as a Mobile Crane Operator is mandatory; additional certifications in rigging or heavy equipment operation are highly desirable Knowledge of mechanical systems related to cranes and other heavy machinery used on construction sites Hands-on experience with materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse operations Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure working environment Practical skills in operating auxiliary equipment such as backhoes, excavators, forklifts, boom trucks, and warehouse machinery Strong understanding of construction workflows, logistics coordination, and heavy equipment maintenance Embark on a career where your skills make a tangible impact!
