Certified Crane Operator

Alliance Mill Consulting is seeking experienced crane operators for an industrial construction project near Bemidji MN. Work will be done on a 20 days on and 8 days off shift schedule. 70 hours per week will be available and daily per diem will be paid at a set rate. Opportunity for advancement and compensation increases will be available. The project duration is approximately 6 months. With a full schedule of projects through 2026 and into 2027, we will be able to keep successful applicants employed at other project locations once this project completes. Requirements Proven experience operating cranes in a construction environment with a valid certification as a Crane Operator Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal operation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring safety compliance

Pay:

$30.00 - $37.00 per hour
