Crane Operator for Construction Projects in Akron, Ohio Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on our construction sites. This is a full-time position without accommodation, and we are open to candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to job requirements
• Perform pre-operational checks on crane equipment before each use
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations on construction sites
• Communicate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient movements of materials
• Inspect rigging gear regularly and report any defects or issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations including hours worked, materials moved, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
• Valid crane operator certification or license
• Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
• Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety protocols
• Physical strength and stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this full-time position.

Location:

This role is based in Akron, Ohio. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to this area.
