Current NCCCO crane certification Current Medical Card Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Punctual Ability to work independently and self motivated Able to multi-task Positive attitude Team player Goal oriented- able to make decisions based on what is best for the employees and company

Technical Knowledge:

This person must have the ability to communicate professionally, effectively with all employees on construction site. Must have current NCCCO crane certification.

Experience:

5 years experience in hydraulic crane and fork lift operations in construction
