Our qualified, licensed and certified Mobile Crane Operators make a range of $30 to $36 per hour to start with the potential to receive up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications, certifications and experience. Our operators drive our mobile cranes from our yard in Ephrata, PA to our various jobsite locations in Central and Eastern PA as well as Northern MD and VA. At the work site, operators will set up and operate the mobile hydraulic crane (which is mounted on a specially constructed chassis) to safely & efficiently lift and move precast wall panels and other materials & objects as needed/directed while monitoring safety issues while working with the Install & Transportation Team. Operators will conduct daily and weekly crane inspection and maintenance. All Mobile Crane Operators must have or be able to: A current/valid CDL B or A driver's license with a clean MVR and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card; A CCO Crane Operator certification and PA Crane Operator's license to operate a Telescopic Boom Crane Swing Cab (TLL); Proficiently and safely drive and operate a mobile crane complying with all DOT rules and regulations; Work OT; Move/lift 30 lbs. frequently; Climb up and down into crane ; Stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and twist frequently; Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others; Read, write, and speak effectively in English; Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST! Experience in the concrete and/or construction industry or in residential/commercial construction is preferred. Our crane operators are lifting our own product only and typically have just one setup per day . There is no Jib work or special rigging required to perform this job. A CDL A license is preferred to allow ability to also operate our tractor/trailers (day cab and flat bed). The Mobile Crane Operator is critical to our process.
