The ideal candidates will possess strong background in heavy equipment operation, particularly with cranes, and will be responsible for safely operating various types of cranes on construction sites. This role requires a keen understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Duties Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment at construction sites. Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and other heavy equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate lifting operations. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment, including inspections and minor repairs. Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours worked and materials moved. Assist in training new operators on safe crane operation practices. Experience Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with cranes. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Experience working on construction sites or with farm machinery is advantageous.
