The rate of pay is between $40 - $45 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional overtime and weekend work. Position Summary The ideal candidate will be a skilled and safety-conscious Lattice Boom Crane Operator. This role involves operating heavy-duty lattice boom cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction sites or industrial projects. The operator must follow safety regulations, perform precise lifts, and work collaboratively with the team. Key Responsibilities Operate 75+ ton telescoping boom swing cab cranes and lattice boom crawler cranes. Perform daily inspections and participate in critical lift planning. Ensure the safe operation of cranes in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other operators and site personnel to meet project needs. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively regarding crane operations. Perform additional duties assigned as necessary Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience operating heavy cranes (75+ ton). Lattice Boom Crane Certification required. Strong knowledge of crane operations and safety protocols. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation related to crane work. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to starting work. Physical Requirements Standing for prolonged periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching. Pushing and pulling heavy objects.
