Full-time Job Overview Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support our large-scale industrial construction project related to a copper manufacturing facility. This role is critical for safe and efficient lifting operations on-site. Key Responsibilities Operate mobile or tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times Inspect crane equipment daily to ensure safe operation Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors Assist with setup and breakdown of crane equipment Maintain accurate logs of operations and inspections Support site operations as needed Requirements Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification (or equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years of crane operating experience (industrial or construction preferred) Strong knowledge of load charts and crane safety procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Reliable transportation to job site Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends if needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery. Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders/stairs, and working at heights. Must be able to lift or move materials up to 75 lbs and operate pendant or radio-controlled crane systems. Required to wear PPE including hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
