If you're tired of long hauls, weekend dispatch calls, and inconsistent schedules, this is a local role with steady hours and a team you can count on. What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule•no weekends Home every night Well-maintained fleet of trucks Strong safety culture and team environment What You'll Do Safely transport roof trusses to job sites Operate a boom crane to place trusses as needed Perform daily pre•and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate DOT hours and service logs Ensure proper loading and securement of materials Communicate delivery issues or product damage promptly What You Need Class A CDL NCCCO Boom Certification (TSS/TLL) required 2+ years of driving experience (manual transmission required) Clean driving record Current Medical Certification Card Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical job site tasks FMCSA/Clearinghouse compliance Flexibility to work overtime when needed Why Join The Truss Company?
