H Shift:
12.5-hour day shifts, following a 3x3 weekly rotation schedule

Job Overview :
The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product and Service Delivery) to customers. This role involves identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, implementing standardized work processes, and effectively managing risks during operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed within established timelines. Execute service delivery activities in accordance with company standards. Participate in job risk analysis processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to promote company products and services. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards through the implementation of CAT procedures, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Attend Service Quality Meetings with customers and contribute to performance improvement through action plans. Actively participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality initiatives. Adhere to PPE requirements and observe all HSE policies and procedures. Maintain all required safety training and certifications.
Requirements :
Hands-on drilling fluids experience. Strong knowledge of drilling operations, fluid systems, and HSE standards.
