• FULL TIME

  We're hiring an experienced HDD Drill Operator with seat time on a Ditch Witch JT20 . If you can run the rig, hold line and grade, and keep production moving safely, we have steady work for you. What you'll be doing:
• Operate a Ditch Witch JT20 drill rig
• Set up and complete bores safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with the locator to maintain line and grade
• Read prints, bore profiles, and job specifications
• Manage drilling fluids and tooling; perform daily maintenance
• Maintain production while meeting safety standards What we're looking for:
• Experience operating a JT20 (or similar HDD rig)
• Strong understanding of underground utility work
• Ability to read plans and run a bore from start to finish
• Able to troubleshoot issues and keep the job moving
• Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work
• CDL is a strong plus What we offer:
