Job Description

Overview Becone a vital part of constructing essential water wells. In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain drilling equipment, interpret technical plans, and ensure safe and efficient drilling operations. We need someone knowledge to help us drill and complete a long list of residential wells for our community customers. You MUST be an experienced driver. CDL not required but plus and increase pay. You MUST be able to lift 80 lbs. You MUST be able to listen and follow directions. Duties Operate well drilling rigs and associated heavy equipment such as backhoes, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks to perform drilling tasks efficiently. Drlll and produce well within certain timeframe. Check rig and/all trucks in daily use for needed maintenance - oil, grease, tires, etc. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and perform routine maintenance on machinery Conduct site assessments to determine optimal drilling locations and prepare sites for operations. Maintain detailed records of drilling activities, including depth measurements, equipment usage, and safety checks. Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Support various construction activities such as paving, grading, tanker operations, and water management as needed. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, etc Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on drilling rigs and related machinery. Prior construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and operational procedures. Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record for operating large vehicles such as dump trucks or water trucks. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Embark on a career that combines technical skill with impactful construction projects!
