We would also expand well drilling services to serve other customers. You would meaninfully share in the profits of the business. What We Provide Drilling rig and support equipment Casing, screen, gravel, grout, and consumables Steady pipeline of wells on our own developments (no chasing leads, no sales calls, no collecting from homeowners) Helper/laborer support as needed What You'll Do Operate the drilling rig safely and efficiently Drill, case, grout, and develop residential water wells per Georgia

DNR / EPD

standards Pull and submit required well construction reports Maintain rig and equipment in good working order Communicate clearly with project managers on schedule, materials, and any site issues Requirements Active Georgia Water Well Standards Act driller license — or immediately license-eligible (sufficient documented experience to sit for the exam without delay) Minimum of two years of verifiable hands-on well drilling experience in Georgia or similar geology Pump installation experience Air rotary and mud rotary proficiency Valid driver's license Valid CDL Ability to work outdoors, lift heavy materials, and run a rig in variable conditions Honest, accountable, and detail-oriented Nice to Have Experience working on subdivision or development sites

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
